- Posters should be issue-based, and directly relevant to one of the 13 ITMEMS3 themes to be discussed during the Symposium. Please look at the list of themes and related workshops.
- Maximum poster dimensions should be no greater than 900mm x 900mm (36 x 36 inches)
- Make poster legible from a range of 1 metre (3 feet):
- Uncluttered, simple design preferred
- Avoid lengthy passages of text
- Use large fonts with double spacing
- Clear and large labels on figures
- List 1-2 key reference(s) to published works as appropriate
- Contributor asked to provide web site and email contacts in case of follow-up
- All ITMEMS3 participants and presenters are strongly encouraged to bring a poster explaining the work of their affiliated institution, initiative or programme. In the spirit of networking and collaboration, posters provide an important opportunity for sharing experiences and information with other participants in the wider Symposium, and especially those who will be attending different workshops. Please sieze this chance to inform and network with your peers!"
