Theme 3 - Enforcement and Investigation
The enforcement and investigation theme looks at the main challenges that are unique to coral reef conservation laws and legislation. It analyses the challenges to creating standards that can be applied across a broad range of national laws, and institutional and social contexts, while identifying characteristics of enforceable regulations. The role of community, volunteer and educational institutions is explored, as well as the unique challenges of working in multiple national programs.
