Abstract:
The goals of the Caribbean Coral Disease Workshop are to provide critical information on coral reef disease to help managers in the area of coral disease management. We will present a series of brief lectures, followed by a wet-lab session using microscopes to learn about recognizing, sampling and identifying coral disease. We will discuss how to best deal with an outbreak, and how to best share critical information.
